How would you use the green tour grant to make your tour green and reduce bottled water waste?
"Being able to tour in a bio-fuel vehicle would be the first step. We currently travel in a standard Ford 350 15-passenger van. We'd make sure that recycling was easily accessible at the venues we played. We would also purchase carbon-credits to offset the power used at our shows, staying in hotels, etc. "
How do you encourage your fans to take on more sustainable habits?
Through our mailing list and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), as well as talking about it on stage and in person with fans at shows. We could also offer incentives and run contests with prizes to encourage our fans to green their lifestyles.
