How would you use the green tour grant to make your tour green and reduce bottled water waste?
"I want to invest in ways of touring in a more sustainable fashion, such as having a way to make food in the van instead of buying single serving meals, driving a van that was biodiesel or solar powered instead of using gas, and getting eco-friendly shirts to sell at shows. I have toured using my own car before which used a lot of fuel and was not spacious enough to accommodate my band mates comfortably. "
How do you encourage your fans to take on more sustainable habits?
"I use my fanbase on Twitter and Facebook to brainstorm for ideas on how they can engage in sustainable practices. "
