How would you use the green tour grant to make your tour green and reduce bottled water waste?

As a regional act our carbon footprint is certainly nowhere as large as other bands. However, there are certainly things we can do on a smaller scale that would raise awareness and show people that even a smaller band can be successful at staying environmentally conscious. We would probably invest in some information and various promotional tools that we could bring with us to each show to give our fans a sense for what we are trying to do from an environmental standpoint.

How do you encourage your fans to take on more sustainable habits?

We have developed a great relationship with our fans over the years and would use this relationship to reach out and continue to promote sustainability. As a part of the Reverb Campus Consciousness tour in 2012 I saw firsthand how successful this approach can be and we would love to emulate in any way possible.
