Greek Yogurt Parfait
From The Kitchens of the Biggest Loser Resort

- Serves 4; Serving size: 1 parfait
- 2 cup Fage® yogurt, Greek style yogurt 2%
- 2 ounces strawberries, blended into yogurt
- 2 cups fresh fruit, diced (assorted berries, melon etc.)
- 2 scoops of Whey Protein plain or vanilla (ideally grass fed Whey never w/ artificial sweeteners)
- 1 1/3 cups granola
In a blender, add the yogurt, whey, and strawberries and blend together. Layer 1/3 cup of granola on the bottom of each cup, then ½ cup of yogurt. Finally finish with a ½ cup chopped fruit on top
Per serving: 385 calories
