This recipe should probably be called the Kimmi Dove Signature Sundae. I was hanging out with Kimmi recently, who you likely remember from the Engaged Couples edition of The Biggest Loser, and she was telling me about this "sundae" that she and her friends have loved for years. I was a little doubtful as she described it, but with one bite, my whole kitchen team and I understood why Kimmi was raving about it. The best part is that you can customize this dessert by using any flavor combination of rice cake and pudding cup. You can try a different sundae each time you make it!
Spoon about one-third of the pudding into a parfait glass or sundae dish. Crumble the rice cake on top. Top with the remaining pudding, followed by the whipped topping and serve.
