I returned it twice for leaking
This pitcher looks really nice but it doesn't work at all. I bought one and it started leaking in less than a week. I exchanged it for a new one and it started leaking after 2 days. I DO NOT recommend this model.
Poor design/performance
Loved the look of the stainless steel pitcher, unfortunately it leaks through the handle.

Need more information
I just purchased the stainless steel pitcher because it was the only model available locally. However, I can see the instruction pamphlet inside in the bottom, but there are no directions about how to open the pitcher to get them out. I'd love to use it if I could figure out how. But now I realize I could use one of the smaller pitchers and will return it to the store and order a smaller one online. THEN I'll let you know how I like it.

Growing up we ALWAYS had bottled water in the house to drink. So naturally when I got married I started keeping bottled water in the house until I realized how expensive and bad for the environment it was!!! I had heard about Brita through a friend and once I tasted the water out of the Brita pitcher I immediately went to Wal-Mart and bought me one I love it and so does my husband it makes it so easy and affordable to keep good clean water in the house and I can't thank Brita enough for bringing me a good quality affordable product that allows me to keep my family healthy!!!
