Brita® Water Filtration Pitcher/Dispenser Warranty

Limited Warranty: Brita LP warrants to the consumer that FOR THE PERIOD OF NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of purchase, the BRITA® WATER FILTRATION PITCHER/DISPENSER, when used strictly in accordance with instructions, has the effects on municipally treated, potable tap water described in the enclosed literature. During this 90-day period, if you discover that any parts of the pitcher or dispenser are damaged or broken, whether due to manufacturing, shipping or accidents while in use, we will replace the parts free of charge by calling 1-800-24-BRITA (U.S.) or 1-800-387-6940 (Canada).

To the extent permitted by local law, this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, and precludes any other obligation on the part of the manufacturer, distributor or dealer, including any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

Brita® Faucet Filtration System (Model OPFF-100) Limited One-year Warranty

Brita LP (Warrantor) warrants your Brita® Faucet Filtration System (OPFF-100) for one year from the date of purchase (except for the filter cartridge, which is warranted for 30 days) against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the user’s guide. If for any reason the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase, call Brita Consumer Services at 1-800-24-BRITA (U.S.) or 1-800-387-6940 (Canada), or ship the unit to the address below and the unit will be repaired or replaced without charge. Please package your unit carefully to avoid damage in transit.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Warrantor assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages; for damages arising out of misuse of the product or the use of any unauthorized attachment; or for damages resulting from the use of the product with a defective water faucet. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
