Chocolate-Peanut Butter Gramwiches

Chocolate Peanut Butter GramwichesIn my view, the only thing better than chocolate, is chocolate AND peanut butter. This harmless combo is a great occasional treat. Sure it’s not a bowl of fresh berries, but there's something to be said for necessary indulgence in moderation.

  • Makes 4 servings
  • 4 whole chocolate graham cracker sheets
  • 4 teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter
  • ½ cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Spread 2 tablespoons whipped topping each evenly among the inside of the 4 remaining halves. Sandwich the crackers together to form 4 sandwiches, each with a layer of peanut butter and a layer of whipped topping. Transfer to an airtight plastic container and place in the freezer. Freeze for about 2 hours or up to 1 month. Serve frozen.

Per serving: 112 calories, 2 g protein, 18 g carbohydrates, 4 g fat (lessthan 1 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, less than 1 g fiber, 142 mg sodium
