Rated 1 out of 5 by from Measurements are Wrong I bought this because I needed something less than 10 inches tall to fit into my fridge. This is 9.67 inches tall without the top, so the measurements on the site are wrong. It's actually about 10.5 inches tall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my water filter. I like that its large and I can fill it up and store in the fridge for fresh cold water. I like the spout so I dont have to pour a pitcher .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute junk, does not work after 2 months. I used standard dispensers and pitchers in the past and thought i'd go for a larger capacity and longer lasting filter. Things worked fine, at first, but after a couple months of use it would take hours to pass water through the filter. I'd fill it before bed and half of the water would still not be filtered in the morning. I tried all of Britas 'tips' and nothing worked. They sent me a new filter and exactly the same problem after a month or two of use. I contacted customer service again but it's apparently fallen on deaf ears as they haven't even written me back 5 days later. Read the reviews, the long lasting filters are defective! All I want is for them to exchange this for a regular filter and would like an answer to my emails back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love that this fits a ton of water and it is able to sit in the fridge and get cold. Im able to skip the ice and it gets the hard water taste out of our tap water. Its my favorite! And the one I have takes the usual filter so I dont have to go searching for a special one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bomb dignity for the refrigerator. We keep this on the top shelf and always have water flowing out of it! Very easy to refill and it filters to refill FAST. The water quality and flavor is very very pure and tasty. I highly recommend if you are on the fence and in the water filter market for a larger quantity water holder.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ultramax + Longlast = Waste I've bought 3+ Longlast filters and none of them have worked w/ this dispenser. Literally filters drip by drip. Why?! Won't be wasting my money anymore...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing, I liked to keep it on my coffee bar to fill my coffee maker so I wasnt using the tap water!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too slow to be useful I bought the Monterey pitcher and loved it, even though the LongLast filter is a little slower. But I was excited about the lead removal. So, I thought this larger dispenser would be extra great. For the first few days after putting in a new filter, it is really convenient. Then the filter gets slower and slower to the point (after a moth or so) that the dispenser is not functional (one drip every 10-20 seconds). The Monterey ppitcher has had the same longlast filter for about 4 months now, and I’m on filter #3 in 3 months for this Ultramax. I don’t know if the Monterey pitcher works better because it allows for movement within the filter when you pick up and pour the water? I really want this to work, because I live in Chicago, where we have notoriously high lead levels.
