Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Have used my pitcher for over 6 months and am pleased with it's appearance and function. Although the handle and spout cover can pop off on occasion, the built-in filter indicator is extremely helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from like see thru plastic on the Pacifica model, i like the way the water entry portion is sloped down so every last drop goes thru the filter with no lingering water just sitting in the entry reservoir. But, the lid falls off ... when tilting the entire filter to empty the last bit of filtered water, the lid will fall off. i also own the Lakes pitcher & that lid snaps in & is secure. plus, on the pacifica, the little lip cap where the water flows out, lets water drip down on the outside of the pitcher after pouring water out. Whereas, the Lake model, it's little lip cap lid is designed inside the edge of the pitcher, so there is no leakage after pouring water out of the pitcher. so, in my opinion ... for what it's worth the Pacifica model has a great down slope reservoir the Lakes model has a great lid and personally, i like the pitchers that you can see thru - clear plastic on all of it. thank you for the opportunity to voice our opinions. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I’ve been A refrigerator and bottled water kind of gal. But with the recent events I have decided that I would try one of these pitchers. So I’ve had it for only a few days my husband and I both like it. I thought with a filter they would be a funny taste there is not an actually the water tastes better. Easy to fill. The lid stays on securely. Does not take a lot of counterspace. Also Comes with an indicator on the top of the lid to tell you when it’s time to replace your filter just like the refrigerator.Glad I purchased it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the capacity I bought it about 2 months ago because I wanted to drink more water as my New Years pledge. Love the taste and am happy to get rid of plastic bottles. Wish it would filter faster.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Appealing design and functional! I upgraded a Brita pitcher I've had for 7+ years with this newer, more appealing design and am happy I did! I also made the switch to the longlast filter, and have no complaints! My only thought is this seems to filter much more slowly than the model I had previously, which may be based on the filter! I also am a big fan of the filter monitor which tells you when you may need to start thinking about replacement!
